About Nurturing Sisterhood
A community grounded in connection, empowerment and wellbeing
Nurturing Sisterhood was created by two psychologists with a shared passion for supporting the emotional wellbeing of women and young people in a way that feels authentic, accessible and deeply connected.
After years of working in private practice, we saw a growing need for spaces that go beyond traditional one-to-one therapy, spaces where women can come together to learn, reflect, connect and feel supported through shared experiences.
We created Nurturing Sisterhood to combine evidence-based psychology with meaningful community experiences that foster insight, personal growth and empowerment.
Our Vision
Our vision is to make psychology more accessible, relational and community-focused.
We believe psychological support should not only exist in moments of crisis. The tools and insights from psychology can be powerful in everyday life, helping women navigate stress, relationships, identity, burnout, perfectionism, self-worth and emotional wellbeing in more intentional and compassionate ways.
Through workshops, events and wellbeing experiences, we hope to create spaces where women feel safe to slow down, reconnect with themselves and build meaningful connections with others.

Through roles in schools, community organisations and private practice, Jordan has extensive experience supporting young people, including adolescents and young adults as they navigate complex inner worlds, school demands and social challenges. She is especially interested in neurodiversity and inclusive advocacy, creating spaces where individuality is celebrated and support is personalised.
During her years at Autism SA, Jordan provided behaviour support and psychological services, equipping school teams and educators with inclusive classroom strategies and guiding parents in enhancing their child’s wellbeing. Her collaborative work with schools and families focused on advocacy and fostering environments where young people felt understood and supported.
Now, through her own private practice, Flourish Within Psychology, Jordan works alongside children, adolescents and young adults to explore anxiety, identity, burnout, self-worth, and build meaningful connections. Her practice is attuned to the unique experiences of neurodivergent clients, including those with internalised struggles or high-masking presentations, and those seeking to move beyond people-pleasing and build confidence. Jordan’s approach is warm, creative, and grounded in authenticity, offering clarity and care in a space where clients are encouraged to be their true selves, discover their strengths, and develop resilience in everyday life.
