School Wellbeing Programs

Evidence-Informed, Practical Programs for Schools

We develop and facilitate wellbeing programs designed to support emotional and mental wellbeing across educational settings.
Our wellbeing programs are designed to support emotional regulation, resilience and personal growth in students. Using evidence-based psychological principles, we deliver engaging, skill-focused activities that students find relatable and enjoyable.

Our programs seamlessly integrate with the South Australian school curriculum and the Wellbeing for Learning and Life framework, focusing on identity, connectedness, emotional wellbeing, inclusion, safety, and learning engagement.

  • Our program aligns with South Australian curriculum priorities and the Wellbeing for Learning and Life framework, focusing on identity, connectedness, emotional wellbeing, inclusion, safety, and learning engagement. We support your school’s improvement goals with practical, measurable outcomes.

  • Preventative, skill-based wellbeing education builds emotional regulation and resilience before challenges arise, supporting student learning and mental health. Our evidence-informed approach delivers practical outcomes, strengthens school culture, and minimises teacher workload with low-prep, ready-to-use resources.
